Kennett After-School Association Staff
Although the size and scope of the program has grown considerably, After-The-Bell is coordinated by a paid staff of only one full-time and three part-time employees.

Kathy is responsible for the consistent achievement of KASA’s development and financial objectives. She serves as a member of the Program, Finance, and Fundraising committees. Kathy works with the Board of Directors and the Managing Director to develop and administer strategic and operational plans. As the chair of the Volunteer committee, Kathy is responsible for volunteer recruitment, development, training, and retention. She represents the KASA programs and point of view to agencies, organizations, and the general public through public relations and community outreach. Kathy develops and maintains strong working relationships with community leaders and organizations.

Mrs. “J” is responsible for the development and administration of the After-The-Bell program. She works with the Board of Directors and the Executive Director to develop and administer strategic and operational plans. Her duties include management of staff, students, parents, volunteers, and program activities. She provides leadership in developing and implementing the After-The-Bell policies and procedures, operational documentation, and financial records. Mrs. “J” works with the Program committee to formulate a balanced program of activities. She deploys staff, volunteers, materials, transportation services, and financial resources to support the operational success of the After-The Bell program. |
